Our initial consultation is £75, which is fully redeemable against your treatment if you decide to proceed.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment or consultation, in line with our booking policy.

Your initial consultation lasts approximately 45 minutes and is designed to provide a thorough assessment before any treatment.

During your consultation, your clinician will:

•⁠  ⁠Review your medical history and assess your suitability for treatment.

•⁠  ⁠Discuss your aesthetic concerns and goals.

•⁠  ⁠Perform a comprehensive facial assessment.

•⁠  ⁠Create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs.

•⁠  ⁠Take clinical photographs to document your baseline appearance and monitor your progress over time.

This appointment is an opportunity to ask any questions you may have, ensuring you feel informed and confident before proceeding with treatment.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

More than 48 hours’ notice: your £50 deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: the £50 deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

Failure to attend (no-show): the full deposit will be retained, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
